| We secured "Paul Revere & The Raiders" and
"The Buckinghams" for a 2 1/2 hour concert at The Resort and Spa at
Sheri's Ranch. The doors opened at 6 with the concert getting started at
7:30 PM. The event was a near sell out resulting in a very happy client
and happy concert goers. We provided the following services: Contract Negotiation with the performing Artists. Acquisition of all support equipment including the mobile stage, sound, generators, two camera shoot with projection screen and backline including instruments and risers. Supervision and coordination of the set up. Overseeing transportation, catering, lodging and hospitality services. Acting as media liaison with three TV Networks, Five Radio Stations and Two Newspapers. Coordinated Artist's P.R. & Media Interviews. Directed entire concert. |
