An American Entertainment Event Producer provides the event planning, event management & event production including:

Event Budget: We work with Budgets that range from $10,000 to over one Million Dollars.

Event Development: We work closely with our client and staff in the pre-production phases including site selection, theme, structure, corporate key note speakers, entertainment, media and catering requirements incorporating all aspects into the production timeline and proposed show running order.

The Event: Our expert "hands on" management team and staff will be onsite from set-up through completion. We oversee all aspects of the production so you, your staff and the attendees can focus on your message and presentation.

Ancillary Meeting & Social Functions: In addition to the main event, many of our clients require break out meeting sessions and social functions that include catering, media and entertainment. We assist in the coordination of these functions working with the client, the venue and any third party vendors to fulfill our client's needs.

Staging & Technical: After the client has decided on a venue, theme etc., we work closely with the venue staff and it's vendors to implement the overall requirements of your event. This will include staging, lighting, sound, media requirements, labor, security and credentialing.

Corporate Entertainment: This is one of the most integral portions of any event and is a great vehicle for corporate brand building. Based on your theme, venue selection, entertainment budget and Performing Artist(s) selected, we will negotiate with the Artist(s) and their Management regarding fees and their rider requirements to ensure a great performance for your event. Since 1965, our long standing relationships with many of the top performers of our time, allows us negotiate performing rates well below the standard rates charged to the general public.

Strategic Partnerships: Our Las Vegas office also offers production assistance to other event management companies and their clients with all aspects of the event to be held in Las Vegas. Our long standing relationships with Las Vegas vendors, entertainers, technical, convention services, catering and others in the industry allow us to negotiate the best rates for their services resulting in substantial savings to you and your client.
