American Entertainment was contracted to produce a large annual Corporate Event for a major nutrition company. This was a two day event with many performers and corporate speakers. We were responsible for $750,000 of the 1.1 Million dollar event budget. We produced the show at the Coliseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, where Celine Dion and Elton John perform.

Logistics included:

2000+ Hotel Rooms and full Banquet Services providing:

Two Networking Events
Two Lunches
Two Dinners, one for Company Leaders

One full day of Rehearsal prior to the event

Event - Day 1 - From 9AM to 10:30PM

Event - Day 2 - From 9AM to 5PM

Human Design - Ancient Acrobatic Art of Body Balancing
Nathan Burton - Magician
Daniel and Mario Celario - Comedy Team and Gaucho
The Majestix, Magic and Illusion - With Tigers
Michael Holley - Comedy/Juggling
Russ Merlin - Comedian with Audience Participation
The Gladys Knight Band - 1 Hour Concert at Monday's Conclusion

The two day event included the management of:

70 Individual Segments

Bringing "TY" the 8000 pound elephant star of many movies, including "Operation Dumbo Drop" into the Coliseum for the CEO to ride onstage. This was a first in the history of the Coliseum due to the logistical requirements of TY getting into the loading dock and taking the 12,000 lb. elevator to the stage level.

Staging a live tiger for The Majestix

Use of Caesar, Cleopatra and two Centurions

Acquiring a golf cart that looked like a Cadillac for use on stage.

Dropping cash, snow and streamers from the catwalk above the theater.

Co-management of a 4 camera live video production team.

Full direction of entire event, coordination with sound & lighting technicians, and the full staff of all departments related to Caesars, Concerts West and Celine's Production Staff

Coordinated event with on-site venue staff from Caesar's, Concerts West, Local Union and Celene's production Staff.

Managed all segments to keep with the event timeline.
